These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Career Copilot mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by AI Career Copilot ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 17 years old to use this Service.
AI Career Copilot is an AI-powered career assistant that helps users create resumes, cover letters, prepare for interviews, generate professional headshots, and manage job applications. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on information you provide.
You may register using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
Free Plan: Limited access to basic features including one resume generation.
Pro Plan ($9.99/month or $79.99/year): Unlimited resumes, cover letters, interview prep, AI Photo Studio (5 photos/month), and additional features.
Pro Max Plan ($19.99/month or $149.99/year): All Pro features plus unlimited AI Photo Studio, video scripts, teleprompter, job matching, and priority AI processing.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate.
Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
The App generates content using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality:
You retain ownership of all personal information and content you provide. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Content generated by the App (resumes, cover letters, etc.) belongs to you.
You agree not to:
The App, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
