End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AI Career Copilot ("Licensor") for the use of the AI Career Copilot mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
• Use the Application for any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Application to develop a competing product or service

3. Subscription Services

The Application offers subscription-based services (Pro and Pro Max plans) that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate career-related content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
• The Licensor does not guarantee employment outcomes from using generated content
• Generated content should be treated as a drafting tool, not professional career counseling

5. User Content

You retain all rights to personal information and content you input into the Application. By using the Application, you grant the Licensor a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Licensor does not claim ownership of your content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aicareercopilot.app/privacy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and photo processing services. Your use of these services through the Application is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Licensor is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Application and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the Licensor. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the Application are the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. Sections regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Amendments

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

15. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
